    The recruitment process at Kennards Hire is quick and easy! We want to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

    Application
    Once we have received your application online, it will be reviewed by one of our recruitment team members and if shortlisted, you will receive a call to discuss your application.

    Interview
    We will invite you to come in and meet face to face or via Microsoft Teams with the hiring manager. A second interview may also take place depending on the role you have applied for.

    Background Check
    Reference checks and a police check will be completed.

    Offer
    An electronic letter of offer will be sent to you to e-sign as well as the completion of online onboarding to get you all set up and ready to go.

    Induction
    We have a 1 week induction training program for all new branch starters to attend to go through our safety standards, policies & procedures and anything else that will make your start with Kennards Hire easy.
